This program is designed for both boys and girls to prepare them to enter into the competitive stream.  Assessments are done to determine if the pre-competitive program is appropriate.  This structured program is designed to build strength, agility, flexibility and technique.  The time commitment in this program ranges from 2-6 hours per week.
